Creek Nation in Eufaula changed their Cove Players Club slot card. The large COVE on the front went from a blue to a light grey and the reverse logo now has distinct vertical lines in the background where the earlier cards had a solid background.

Creek Nation Muskogee now has all 4 levels (Diamond Club, 1st Class, VIP and Elite) in their latest issue with no arrow on the front and a space between the 2 paragraphs of text on the reverse with 11 lines total.

Black Gold Casino changed the text on the reverse of their Wildcatter Club Card. On the previous card the reverse paragraph was 67mm wide while it's now 70mm wide on the newer cards.
