The last edition of the published slot guide lists a blue Presidential Member card from the Flamingo Hilton in Reno that supposedly has an airplane on the back. I haven't found one yet so we're missing scans on the ChipGuide for that card.

BUT I did find a purple Presidential Member card that has "Expires 12/31/99" plus a multi-colored Presidential Member Card that has a picture of the White House capital building and has "Expires 12/31/00" that were previously not listed.
