Recent blue Sapphire M Life cards from MGM Resorts had C-00254893R with all reverse text aligned at the left and then we saw C-00254893S with the bottom four lines of reverse text indented for the punch hole.

Now there is another card with C-00254893A0 on the top left of the reverse and still has the bottom four lines of text indented. Otherwise it's the same as the card before it.
