Not a new issue actually but a previously undocumented issue. I'm listing it as another variation of the 4th issue Roaring 20's Classic Card since it's identical on the front while the reverse text is more like the 5th issue More cards. This way we don't have to renumber following issues

The new found Roaring 20's Classic Card has no signature strip and the reverse text is aligned at both sides.

The original 4th issue card had a signature strip and the reverse text was centered.

Scans of the new variation will be on the ChipGuide after everyone is back from the convention.
