Found a second variation of the 7th issue Connection Card from Caesars in Corvdon, IN with the yellowish orange logo on the front.

On one variation the reverse list of phone numbers starts under the "o" in "For" above.

On the second variation, the reverse list of phone numbers starts after "For" in the line above.

The web address above the mag stripe is also a different length on the two cards.
