Avi (about 30 minute drive from the other casinos?), Colorado Belle/Edgewater, Golden Nugget Laughlin, Pioneer Hotel & Gambling Hall, River Palms, Riverside & Tropicana Express had cards only from Laughlin.
This was when I last visited in 2010.

There's Railroad Pass and other casinos along the Boulder Highway on the way to Laughlin.
