I don't think this one has been reported or noticed... just found a second variation of the 2010 dated My Choice slot cards.

One variation has 4 casino logos on the reverse while the other has 6 casino logos on the reverse, both with the 2010 copyright date.

I've only found the red base level card with 4 logos but I've found the red, orange (3 stars) and purple (4 stars) cards with 6 logos.

If anyone comes across any other levels in these cards that we don't have documented please let me know and/or send scans.
