Average prices seem to be down more like 40% from what I've seen and some rarer cards are still commanding high prices if it's truly something really rare.

I've been offering my rarer doubles on my website for months at 30-40% off but only had 2 or 3 people interested.

It's funny but even common cards are bringing good money in foreign auctions (not eBay) if you can deal with international shipments and customs, etc. It's just that postage is getting higher and most foreign packages need to use registered mail or they wind up getting lost.
