Just found a second variation of the 11th issue purple Play Rio slot card from the Rio Casino in LV.

These cards have a punchboard reader AND a mag stripe across the bottom of the reverse with a PPC logo vertically along the right side and the reverse phone# is 1-800-PLAYRIO.

On all the cards I've seen originally, the PPC logo on the back was 20mm wide and there's a space between PLAY and RIO in the phone#.

On the newly found variation, the PPC logo on the back is 25mm wide and there's no longer a space in the phone#.

There is a very slight difference in the fonts used in the reverse text as well.
