My question, and this may be limited to states with strict rules: in Michigan, any company (restaurant, hotel, etc.) that accepts comps or rewards must also be licensed by the gaming board, similar to vendors' licensing. I wonder if Nevada has a similar rule, and whether any place that accepts the card would have to pass similar scrutiny.
