The Twin River Casino in Lincoln, RI has a third issue slot card that wasn't previously listed in the slot guide. The second issue was the blue REWARDS card and on that card the reverse logo in the bottom right corner had "Lincoln, RI" while the third issue is a very similar card but now just has "CASINO" in the reverse logo without the town and state.
