The latest green Player's Club cards from Casino Nova Scotia have been found in three variations, all with the web address above the reverse logo and only lists the Halifax phone number.

One card has the responsible gambling info on 4 lines, another card has the responsible gambling info on 2 lines and the latest card has the same info with "01" in the upper left corner on the reverse.
