I couldn't get an answer on that. I was told at Rio (where I stayed) that the Year of the Snake cards would be issued begining January 9, that each property is getting 3000 and they will be strictly limited to one per person while they last. The NOBU card is only available at Caesars and are even more limited. Since I had just gotten the YOTS card she would not give me a NOBU card explaining that both cards are so very limited that I could only get one or the other. If I had known I would have gotten the NOBU in hopes that the YOTS will be released in Atlantic City.

The NOBU is only available at Caesars but the YOTS will be available at all 8 Caesars properties in Las Vegas. IMO, NOBU is the card to get.
