Found a new Diamond level Harrah's Total Rewards card earlier today that has the exact same phone numbers at the bottom (4 lines with 9 phone#s listed) but the two lines of casino names above is different. The new card includes "The Quad" on the second line of casino names. The first line of casino names now starts with "Bally's" while the cards before this started with"Caesars". I did now find any cards with this reverse in the Gold or Platinum levels yet.

That now makes FIVE variations of the 2012 Total Rewards cards listed in the Universal Slot Card section of the new price guide with two different gold level cards in the 45th issue:

What I'm calling issue 42 has 3 lines of text reverse bottom with 4 phone#s in the bottom line.

Issue 43 has 5 phone#s on bottom line, 3 lines of text bottom reverse
Have not yet found a Gold in this issue.

Issue 44 has 4 lines of text bottom reverse, 7 phone#s total
Have not yet found a Platinum in this issue.

Issue 45 has 4 lines of text bottom reverse, 9 phone#s total, first line of casino names starts Caesars
There are both metallic and plain (non-metallic) Gold level cards in this issue!!!!
This is the issue where Imperial Palace was removed from the list of casino names
Have not yet found a Diamond in this issue.

Issue 46 has 4 lines of text bottom reverse, 9 phone#s total, first line of casino names starts Bally's
This issue has "The Quad" added in the casino name list, have not yet found Gold or Platinum cards.

So far I've only found Seven Stars cards in issues 42 to 44, nothing newer yet.
