The bottom white card is from a small slot club in Wagga Wagga, QLD.

I traveled in Australia for business in 2008 and picked these up.
I saw several small slot only rooms, mostly attached to hotels, bars, and dinners.
The clubs required registration, and the cards would be available for pick up a day or two later.

Unfortunately I didn't stay anywhere long enough to go back except in Wagga.
