While our electric service has been restored here. many of the places I would like to go the roads are still blocked off, like to Mantoloking,NJ where our son's house was badly damaged. Plates ending in odd numbers will only be permitted to purchase gas on odd days., even numbers on even days in 12 NJ counties.
