See my earlier posts, there are THREE different variations of the 2012 Harrah's Total Rewards cards and I've two of them so far on the Margaritaville cards as you mentioned.

Original cards had 3 lines of text with 4 phone numbers on the bottom line.

Next issue had 3 lines of text with 5 phone numbers on the bottom line.

Latest issue has 4 lines of text with 4 phone numbers on the bottom line.
