I just received this card. It is dated 2012 and has 4 lines of text at the bottom of the reverse. It adds California and Arizona gambling problem phone numbers. This back is also on the latest Margaritaville card that I received.

If I could figure out how to post more than 1 picture at a time, I'd post the back. BUT, I guess for now I'll have to make the back a separate post.
