OK, here goes - something that I don't do very often so I'm not sure if it will work.

My daughter came to Colorado last weekend and we went up to Vail, etc., to view the aspen trees turning their Fall color - they were spectacular. Hopefully the link below will work. I thought I'd share a few of the pictures with y'all.

The weather was wonderful - we didn't need our jackets - not even at the top of Vail Mountain (gondola ride) or the top of Independence Pass. They had a dusting of snow at one ski area before we went up but it melted by mid-day. They have had more snow this week, but we didn't see any snow. Because of fires burning in other states, we were surprised at all the haze in the mountains from those fires.
