I have NOT had the opportunity to see if this generic front is also in-use at other Boyd properties. The revesrse is specifically The Orleans. I have provided scans of the previous generic Boyd Gaming room key (with the back being specific to The Orleans) for a comparison.

The fronts are different in that the new one reflects images of the newer B-Connected Player Cards. The backs are different in that capitalization is now used for the two .com addresses.

I still have both versions of these keys available, as well as the newest VIP room key for The Orleans at any 2 (which means you can get a duplicate) for $5 or, one each of all 3 for $6.
