I accept your apology and appreciate that even though I had never mentioned the source of the email to anyone, you stepped forward to correct the situation. As we have never communicated before, I had to take the original email at face value, with the ending “comment” and all as being your feelings at the time. I learned long ago when working message boards on CompuServe, the “feeling” or “tone” of a message can easily be lost...and things such as emoticons can be tremendously helpful to convey humor.
Thanks also for your offer of the slot cards. I only collect room keys myself, but I do appreciate the offer. If you wish to give some slot cards away, there’s always the ability to run a contest here on the board. I’m sure the winner would be a happy collector.
