Thanks Bob - I figured that was the case, but thought I would ask. I only collect USA cards issued to me, so usually limited to Vegas, but I did manage to get cards a few years ago from the Imperial Palace Biloxi and the Diamond Jo casino. My only other outside of Vegas is the Viejas which I did actually go to.

Only one here in the UK that sent out a card was the old Hard Rock in Manchester.
