There appear to be three different variations of the Harrah's 2012 Total Rewards cards now that several new casinos have opened.

The original cards had 3 lines of text on the bottom of the reverse with 4 phone numbers listed on the bottom line.

The next variation still has 3 lines of text on the bottom of the reverse but there are now 5 phone numbers listed on the bottom line.

And the latest variation has 4 lines of text on the bottom of the reverse with 4 phone numbers listed on the bottom line.

I'm not sure yet if all levels exist in each variation, especially the 7 Stars cards. If anyone finds 7 Stars cards with either of the latest variation backs please let me know and send me scans so I can update the slot card guide.
