To anyone who can help,

Every time I walk around a casino trying to decide on the next game to play I am always looking around to see what I can find. The card pictured below is one of those finds. The card was found at the Ameristar Casino in Kansas City a few years ago and it looks nothing like any of the other player cards I have seen. I was wondering if they have any ideas of what it is? I am not a slot card collector so my only guesses it is a very early slot players card or a employees card used when they need to open the machine.

If you have any suggestions on what it may be please let me know.
