One of the local collectors just pointed out that the Revel casino here in Atlantic City has added player levels to their slot cards. What they did is to add the numbers "1 2 3 4" above the REVEL name, with all but one number greyed out and one number bold/darker. The bold or darker number indicates your level apparently.

Earlier cards didn't have the numbers, just the REVEL name with the player info printed below.
