Just got a batch of AZ slot cards and came across two new variations of the latest Player Rewards Club cards.

There is a GOLD level with a "01" on the top right corner on the reverse. Has anyone seen any other levels with the "01" printed on the reverse?

I've also found a Classic level that now has 4 lines of text in the reverse paragraph. All the other cards I've seen before only had 3 lines of text in the reverse paragraph. Has anyone seen any other levels with the 4 lines of text? Just trying to find out what needs to be added to the guide.
