I returned home Monday from a trip to Laughlin...then on to Mesa...then back home (10 hour drive, only stopping twice...sheeesh lol). While in Laughlin, I picked up some slot cards (more to follow), room keys (more to follow), and squished some pennies.

The pennies were almost tougher to get than darn room keys. While the set of Avi pennies (the three at the right of the scan) turned out well, the same can't be said for the ones from the Colorado Belle. It was almost impossible to get a good penny, so I quit after six attempts, as shown on the left side of the picture. I thought I would share the results with you for fun.

I have two sets of the Avi pennies, with one set already spoken for. The second set is up for grabs (but Jim Munding...if you're still collecting pennies, you've got first crack at 'em ).

On the six Colorado Belle pennies, the best one is also already spoken for, and the others aren't very good. (Riverboat Rick...if you want one, just yell).
