The new casino in Valley Forge, PA will be opening midnight on March 31st. This casino will be run slightly different from other american casinos. There is a quarterly or yearly membership fee or you can gain casino access if you're a hotel guest, attending a convention or if you spend $10 in any of the resturants, bars or retail outlets. There will be two cards used, one for members and one for daily access.
