This is the latest Sam Houston Race Park player's reward card. The reverse is blank except for the mag stripe. The race park name is not printed on either side!

I do have one extra blank card from Sam Houston left but I couldn't get any extras from the Gulf Greyhound park. If I get back there again in a few months I'll try to get more.
