These are player cards for the local Thoroughbred Horse Race Tracks in Southern California, Santa Anita (the top two are obsolete), Golden State (obsolete), Hollywood Park, and Fairplex (LA County Fairgrounds in Pomona, CA). They do not have slots or other gaming.
