These are player cards for Sportsbook betting at the Palms, Coast Casinos (I got them at Gold Coast), and Treasure Island.
I don't know if the Palms is obsolete, one of the Coast is, but I'm not sure of the other.
Treasure Island is from the previous owner (Mirage) and am not sure if they are using it any longer.
Anyone having additional information on these cards is appreciated.
