Todd,
I picked up a YO Dragon Sbx card at the Cabazon Outlet (California) and don't see the card number you refer to.
They didn't have the "dragon" sleeve.
Also picked up a 3/4 size card designed like a Christmas gift tag.

Would like to post image, but my scan put it in a PDF (Adobe), and I can't convert it into a jpg.
Do you know how?
