That card has to be one of the earliest A.C. slot cards produced. The Atlantis slot machines used to dispense "Reel Winner" aluminum tokens in the coin tray for every so many dollars in coin through the slots. These "Reel Winner" aluminum tokens could then be redeemed by the player for comps such as rooms, meals, show tickets, etc.
