The image is much poorer than the actual card. It is all black.
When Treasure Island in Las Vegas first opened, it had a large Midway (games) for kids.
Some games gave out points which could be redeemed for prizes, similar to the Circus Circus Midway.
The points could be stored on this players card and points could be saved until you had enough points for the prize you wanted.
