With the "Valid Thru" text in the lower left box that would make it the PC6 issue per the 8th edition of the Slot Card Price Guide with a value of $35. The PC5 issue would have had "Renew this card after" in that box but would be the same value. Your particular card is the first I've seen with 1992, all others have been 1990 or 1991 so I've updated the description for the next edition of the Slot Card Price Guide to indicated there was a 1992 version also.
