Hi Archie,
Speaking of the monthly listings by Larry and Alice (and the room key guide as well), I've received some complaints from people that I convert the monthly listings to pdf format and that I've started doing all of the additions to the guide in pdf format as well. The complaint has been that it doesn't let them grab the images to use in other ways (which Word and plain html as used earlier for the guide let them do).
For those folks, I would like to mention that I found a free pdf file manipulation program at this website...
...that works FANTASTICALLY. You simply open a pdf file and tap the "extract images" button at the top of the screen and it creates separate files for each of the images appearing in the document.
I've been meaning to do a post about this program and seeing your posting reminded me I should get around to it 
I've been a little distracted.
