They use them for advertising, and promotions, and can be used over and over. Also, not everyone is comfortable with this new technology. I for 1 am not. I don't even own a cell phone. And what if the phone service/hotel computer gets hacked or the customer forgets? Do we need to layoff more workers? Any other thoughts on this?
