I received 2 of them today that looked like their bubbles had burst and split the outside paper. Nothing looked like it was missing, the worst one had a old env inside with the goods inside it and nothing was missing.

I will be taping these new ones heavily from now on as there are no taping restrictions printed on the outside as they were on the old ones.
