Just another example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. At my local post office, I'm told that USPS will no longer accept anything but paper documents in the cardboard mailers and insist that my 20 pocket pages of casino chips (and slot card/room keys?) MUST be mailed in the padded envelopes ...; padded envelopes that other post offices do not carry.
