RR participants might want to choose the new padded flat rate envelope over the carboard one. I've been advised by postal clerks on more than one occassion that the cardboard flat rate envelopes are for DOCUMENTS only. The padded flat rate envelopes are more suited to our use as they do not tear as readily as do the cardboard envelopes, eliminating the need to tape the edges.
