Dennis - the cards are not listed on the gift card collectors website, so they must be special issue cards and not necessarily a gift cards. Perhaps you could contact McDonald's corporate offices and see if they can give you any info on it - such as when they were issued, what was the purpose, how widely was it distributed, etc. You're talking with a small audience here on the board, so perhaps if you put one on ebay where you have a world wide market, you'll be able to sell it at a good price.
