Todd - I would be interested in either a casino-only or a mixed RR - I'm easy to please. By the way, some post offices are charging $5.20 for the flat rate envelope plus the cost of Delivery Confirmation (70 cents or so). Sometimes I've been charged $4.95 and other times I've been charged $5.20 at the same post office - go figure. I see that variation also on flat rates that I receive. Of course, their TV advertising still says $4.95.
