My PO does not enforce this as they should. What has happened this January is the Postmaster's have been receiving emails from headquarters trying to get all to comply. Mine showed me a copy of one of these emails-more heat will be coming be asured.
Like Archie said-It's printed right on the envelope-how does one win this case.
The big complaint is the closure tape [being taped over] provided on the envelope. I have been running tape up the sides and taping the whole side, then on the printed address by using computer, taping the gummed part under the label and over laping when I taped the address label on. My over lap runs around the whole package. My Postermaster said it says nothing doing it this way on any emails she has received.
