Every year for the past 6-7 years, Harrahs Rincon (San Diego, CA) has a bounce back cash promo (sometimes more than once a year), where you slide in a "Cash Craze" Card to find out how much cash you get back. They are the size of a regular slot card, but do not work in the machines. You have to go to their Promo Center to get vouchers.

I have a couple extra cards from this January, and one from 2009.
The back has the year of the promo.
