I just finished scanning over 10,000 cards for my own database since I scan every card in my collection and then another 5,000+ cards for my website listings. Now I have a grease smear under the glass on my scanner where the ribbon cable folds as the scanner head travels and I can't figure out how to open it up to clean it.
