I would guess not. There have been a bunch of auctions on eBay recently with numerous slot cards that have various personality names. I would tend to think it's an employee at one of the casinos with access to the printer to create "Custom" slot cards. I know at one of the casnios the employee even asked me if I wanted any special printing when I mentioned I collected cards.
