The red Caesars is actually listed, it's in the bunch of cards in the 2nd issue group. If you look down near the end of the group, after the Tiny Insert Arrows cards there are 3 listed with NO insert arrows. This card has no manufacturer mark so it's the first of those last 3 cards listed in the 2nd issue group.... Catalog $3.

The Trump Plaza card was a higher level card that was hard to get so the $10 value was probably close.
