Bobbi and I have committed to participating in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Santa Barbara, Calif., on September 7th & 8th. The money we raise will be managed and disbursed by the Avon Foundation Breast Cancer Crusade to help provide access to care for those who most need it, fund educational programs, and accelerate research into new treatments and potential cures. We will be just two of thousands of people who will walk up to 39.3 miles over two days, raising awareness and promoting education.

For each $5 donation you make to the Avon Walk at either my participant page or Bobbi's participant page (the links are listed below), I will send you a little thank you in the form of one of my personal chips of your choice (see the photo below). While the tax deductible donation is handled entirely by the Avon Foundation, I will personally send you the chip(s) you choose. After you make your contribution, just email me at silvajim@hotmail.com with your shipping address and your choice of chip(s).
