There's a new version of the Isle of Capri Fan Club slot cards used at multiple properties that is dated 2014 on the back. The reverse text is larger and no longer has a signature strip. All new set of PLI P#s on the back in the upper left corner above the mag stripe with the www.plicards.com web address in the upper right corner. The PLI#s are C-92861x4 with the "x" are different letters for each level (E-I found so far).
