The 4th issue Grand Rewards cards from the Grand Casino in Hinckley/Mille Lacs (cards used at both locations) now have two variations of the Preferred and Silver levels. The original 4th issue cards had extension numbers listed after the bottom phone number on the back. The new variations have NO phone# extension after the bottom phone number.
